Overview: We are seeking professional, high-energy individuals to join our events team for the peak holiday season. You will be responsible for executing flawless service at adult-focused holiday galas, corporate dinners, and festive mixers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup: Arrange formal place settings with precise symmetry.
  • Service: Execute multi-course plated meals or manage high-end buffet stations according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Maintenance: Monitor assigned tables to ensure water glasses are never more than half empty and crumbs are cleared promptly.
  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to alcohol service laws, including carding and monitoring for over-intoxication.
  • Breakdown: Efficiently clear rooms and store equipment following event conclusion.
 

 
Salary Expectation
The average pay for a Banquet Server is approximately $16.58 per hour.
  • Base Range: $13.00 – $21.00 per hour.
  • High-End/Luxury: Top earners or those at prestigious hotels can earn $25.00 – $32.00+ per hour.
  • Supplemental Pay: Holiday shifts often include higher tips or "service charges" (typically 18-20% of the event cost) distributed among staff.
