Blagaj Tekija is a 16th-century Dervish monastery nestled against a sheer, 200-meter cliff at the source of the Buna River in Blagaj, near Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Built around 1520 with Ottoman and Mediterranean architecture, this serene, whitewashed monastery (tekke) was a center of Sufi, Blagaj's, and the wider region's spiritual life.
