Job Overview
A Facility Operations Manager in a hotel or resort oversees the physical infrastructure, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems run at peak efficiency. They are responsible for the general upkeep of the buildings and grounds, managing both reactive repairs and long-term capital improvement projects to ensure guest comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Managing an internal team of engineers, technicians, and landscapers, as well as overseeing third-party contractors.
