THE HOSPITALITY GROUP – OFFICIAL LEADERBOARD COMPETITION RULES

1. Eligibility, Website Registration & Voucher Issuance

  • Account Creation: To enter the competition pool, local venues must open a business account directly through The Hospitality Group website.

  • Minimum Requirement: All affiliates must successfully convert at least 3 distinct hospitality venues or B2B partners inside the company website within the calendar month.

  • Voucher Issuance: Upon verified website account activation, each onboarded venue will purhase a package of 10 consumer vouchers.

  • Unique Identification Clause: Each issued consumer voucher will be embedded with a unique, distinct identification number for secure system tracking validation.

  • Distribution Freedom: Onboarded venues are authorized to hold and sell these allocated voucher at their convenience over time.

  • Direct Web Sales & Procurement Channel: Alternatively, site visitors, local guests, or digital patrons can purchase these vouchers directly from The Hospitality Group website at any time.

  • Venue Re-ordering Procurement: Onboarded hospitality venues may also use this direct web channel to purchase additional voucher blocks directly from the website to replenish their inventory.

  • Disqualification: Any affiliate who finishes the calendar month with fewer than 3 verified venue conversions will be disqualified from all prize pools, leaderboard standings, and standard commission payouts for that cycle.

2. Partner Incentive Mandate

  • Customization Requirement: Affiliates must independently determine and configure a custom consumer incentive for each onboarded hospitality site.

  • Strategic Alignment: The incentive must align with the specific venue's inventory goals to optimize customer velocity, seat yields, or local room occupancy.

  • System Lock: This custom incentive package must be fully detailed and entered during the account setup phase before the voucher blocks are cleared for final transaction processing.

3. Account Registration & CRM Ownership Assignment

  • Direct Registration: The local venue must open an account directly with The Hospitality Group platform.

  • Corporate Assignment: Upon successful registration, The Hospitality Group corporate administration manually assigns the structural ownership of that hospitality venue to the corresponding affiliate within the CRM.

  • Corporate Outreach: Once the venue profile is established, corporate teams immediately contact the venue directly to verify account details, confirm custom consumer incentive parameters, and finish integration workflows.

  • Conversion Dependency: No conversion credit or commission milestone will be unlocked until this direct registration and assignment process is successfully validated by corporate administrators.

4. Account Integrity & Anti-Circumvention

  • Secondary Account Prohibition: No affiliate partner may open a secondary, alternative, or duplicate partner account under the guise of, or in conjunction with, a hospitality venue.

  • Direct Corporate Control: All venue profiles must remain entirely independent entities tied directly to the singular primary tracking code assigned by corporate administrators.

  • Penalty for Breach: Any attempt to manipulate the commission structure by creating duplicate accounts will result in immediate termination of network rights and total forfeiture of all accrued balances.

5. Program Exit & Account Closure Policy

  • Competition Exemption: Should a partner leave the affiliate program or close their network account, they are instantly exempt from all active leaderboard competitions, safety net pools, and incentive prize tracks.

  • Commission Preservation: Account closure or voluntary exit does not affect standard, verified commissions earned prior to the partner's departure date.

  • Deferred Payout Timeline: To allow for full dual-system reconciliation and fraud checks, all outstanding earned commissions for exiting partners will be processed and paid exactly 90 days after the official account end date.

6. Dual-System Transaction Protocol

  • Account Control: All voucher purchases by the onboarded venue must be executed and processed through The Hospitality Group system, not through the CRM.

  • Pipeline Reconciliation: The corporate system requires matching compliance fields across both The Hospitality Group website and the company CRM.

  • Payout Release: Final transaction validation and parent-agency commission credits are strictly tied to The Hospitality Group processing a verified voucher block payment fror a corresponding website purchase and CRM lead.

7. Tier 1: Top Leaderboard Prize Track

Prizes are awarded to the highest-performing affiliates globally based on total verified conversion volume processed between Day 1 and the final day of the calendar month.

  • The Regional Territory Sprint: The top overall volume performer wins a £300 Cash Bonus. In the case of month end ties the winner will be determined by time and and date analytics by The Hospitality Group.

  • The B2B Hospitality Sprint: The top volume performer wins a Luxury Weekend Hotel Getaway Voucher plus a featured Spotlight feature on the corporate website.

  • The Master Agency Sprint: The highest-converting Master Agency partner wins a £250 Cash Bonus, and their top-performing sub-agent receives a £50 Cash Bonus.

8. Tier 2: Lower-Tier "Safety Net" Incentives

To reward consistent momentum, affiliates who clear the 3-venue Gatekeeper Threshold but finish in the bottom 50% of the global leaderboard scoreboard are automatically entered into the following "Safety Net" prize tracks:

  • The Fast-Track Draw: Affiliates logging exactly 3 or 4 verified business accounts on the company website and the CRM are entered into a random raffle to win a £50 Cash Prize. Duplicate company entries, company name, address, contact name or email are not accepted.

  • The Milestone Match: Bottom-tier qualifiers receive one Free £29.99 Retail Voucher Card to use as an executive client gift or to flip for 100% personal profit.

  • The Rising Star Upgrade: The bottom 10 team affiliates who log exactly 3 conversions unlock a Free Premium Merchant Account Upgrade to gift to their top corporate venue account the following month.

9. Pipeline Rules & Data Integrity

  • First-to-Register Lock: Lead credit belongs strictly to the affiliate who generated and saved the Lead Record first within the corporate CRM.

  • The 45-Day Timer: Affiliates have 45 calendar days from initial CRM registration to convert a lead. Unconverted leads automatically forfeit exclusivity and recycle back into the public pool.

  • Anti-Fraud Clause: Any partner found engaging in data manipulation, duplicate domain submissions, scraping, or spamming will face immediate account freezing and absolute forfeiture of outstanding prize pools.

10. Audit, Freeze, and Payout Schedule

  • Ledger Freeze: The ledger officially freezes on the final day of the month for data reconciliation.

  • Compliance Audit: Corporate admins will audit all The Hospitality Group tracking lines against verified CRM conversions.

  • Disbursement: Confirmed winners will receive statements on Day 1 of the new month. All payment preferences must be updated by Day 2 to prevent transit delays.
