As a Business Partner, you will receive a personalised referral link to share with your guests and clients. As a business you will get a FREE listing in our hospitality directory.
Guests, clients and businesses can purchase on our website a range of services, When they book accommodations, plan holidays, or order supplies through our platform using your link, we take care of everything behind the scenes.

Become a Supplier & Affiliate Partner

If you have an established hospitality business you can join as a supplier as well as a partner in our affiliate program.
Example: Your business is featured in our online directory as a free or paid advert but if you promote services to other businesses and they use your affiliate code to purchase services, or you promote our vouchers to clients or guests then as vouchers are renewed annually your month commission increases as you are paid in perpetuity as long as you are registered on our system.
Commission Payment
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis and are recorded in real time in your account. They are paid 21 days after the months end. To view your current earnings after your account has been approved it is a simple process of logging into your account and Click the “Orders and Payments” link.

How to sell our range of services
Territory
When you register to become a partner or an affiliate the only rule that we apply is you must be resident in the country you are promoting the services. Other than this rule a partner can trade in any city or town in their country. We reward success.
CRM
We operate a Customer Relationship Management program, all prospects that you deal with a recorded against are assigned to your login details, so that all interactions, between our client, head office and yourself are recorded in the client notes. Affiliates must record on our CRM all leads they generate.
This ensures that when a client is on-boarded by us and assigned to your affiliate program they are yours in perpetuity until or if you decide to leave the program.
Marketing
We use a range of marketing techniques to help affiliates marketing efforts:

Social-media – all social media posts must first of all be approved by head office.

Advertising – If an affiliate wishes to place adverts in newspapers the advert must be agreed with head office, the cost of any advertising can be borne by the affiliate or taken from the marketing levy. This is a fund derived from a 2% charge on commissions earned and then the total equalled by head office. Adverts cannot be more then the derived budget.

Email Marketing – Every week we send out emails promoting various aspects of our services, as responses come back we assign them to the affiliate that recorded that prospect. In the case of non recorded prospects head office will assign these to the affiliate that is active and correctly using our processes.

Direct Sales (Face to Face) – We encourage affiliates to visit local hospitality related organisations, each time a prospect is created on our CRM, we create a landing page, the initial page has no link to their website to book the hotel.
The affiliate approaches the prospect and explain they can either have a FREE advert along with other advertisers or for a small fee they can have the page advert free. However if they take on and partner on our voucher program then they get automatically their own page.
We do an assumptive close, that they will want to be in our directory as it gets visitors and it is FREE and an alternative close, FREE or paid?
How to sell our range of services
The adverts at the top of our directory page are third party affiliate programs, these are removed if the client takes on a paid advertisement, or if they agree to promote our voucher service.
The middle large images are for their brand.
The 5 images below are local businesses associated with their business, things to do or hotels nearby. These can then be printed out as an itinerary or trip plan.
The 20 blank images are where a client can pay for extra advertising space, or if they are on a free advert these can be sold to someone else to showcase their business and link to their page.
Voucher Service
Our voucher service is very lucrative, clients sign up for a 12 month recurring subscription where they can use the vouchers with participating partners for discount offers, buy on get one free, children eat free etc. discounts. The vouchers can be redeemed either once or numerous occasions.
It is important that partners / affiliates get businesses to sign up to the scheme and ensure that they do as they say they will do, this way clients will always return and it encourages repeat sales.
