The assistant ensures a seamless, comfortable, and luxurious atmosphere, bridging the gap between standard terminal facilities and elite hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Elite Reception & Access Control: Greeting guests by name and verifying entry eligibility based on ticket class, membership status, or loyalty tier.
  • Personalized Guest Service: Anticipating guest needs, handling special requests, and providing information on lounge amenities, dining, and relaxation areas.
  • Food & Beverage Oversight: Coordinating with catering teams to ensure buffet and refreshment areas are well-stocked, aesthetically presented, and meet luxury standards.
