In an adult-focused environment, your success is measured by your local network, your ability to anticipate needs before they are voiced, and your mastery of high-stakes hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Leverage personal connections with restaurant owners, club promoters, and event venues to secure VIP access for guests.
  • Itinerary Curation: Design bespoke holiday experiences, from private vineyard tours to last-minute luxury transport for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
  • Gift & Logistics Support: Coordinate with personal shoppers and florists to handle last-minute high-end gift sourcing and delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve complex travel or entertainment conflicts with absolute discretion and poise, often under intense holiday time pressure.
  • Information Mastery: Maintain an expert-level knowledge of the city's seasonal pop-ups, menus, and "under-the-radar" adult holiday events.
 

 
Salary Expectations
Compensation for holiday concierges is highly dependent on the venue's prestige and the level of guest service required.
  • Base Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour at upscale hotels or residential complexes.
  • Luxury/Private Firm: $60,000 – $90,000+ annually for full-time roles with significant holiday performance bonuses.
  • Gratuities: For high-level fixes (securing a front-row seat or a table at a 5-star restaurant on Christmas Eve), tips can range from $50 to several hundred dollars per transaction.
